Every time we eat out we ask if the food we order is really GF. It helps that we are told that things are or aren’t really safe for us to eat especially fried foods. This article and research gives us accurate information that we don’t always get from the restaurant. I didn’t think I could eat any French fries but now I can’t wait to enjoy French fries. Thanks for the great information.

Thanks for this important research. It is good to know that the conventional wisdom to avoid foods from shared fryers now has facts to back it up.
