Each national organization has distinguished itself based on their strengths, although they all contain the same good basic info. I have some recommendations.
Go to NFCA for info for kids & parents, surviving college gluten free, gluten in medications, their GF directory that includes finding physicians, & printable brochures.
Go to CDF for research and advocacy, their find a doctor and marketplace.
CSA is the largest and oldest support group.
Go to ACDA for progress in legislation. All the major celiac orgs. financially support this nonprofit.
Go to GIG for restaurant and food certification news.
All these groups represent the best possible info. You can’t go wrong!
