Thanks, Jennifer, for the information about Moosehead Saloon.
They list the gluten-free options on the opening page of their plastic menu! It only has 5 items and everything is bun-less, but the food was good! I had a grilled chicken sandwich off the regular menu. Yum. The waitress when asking if I wanted a side said “one of our staff (can’t remember the guy’s exact title) is GF and doesn’t do the usual chips. Would you like something else?” They don’t have GF desert yet, but are thinking about it.
I had the pleasure of attending a party at the Olmsted Falls location last year. They had no gluten free menu then, but the staff was accomodating and I also had delicious grilled chicken. The other food at the party looked terrific. One of my non-gluten free coworkers eats there frequently and especially recommends the buffalo calamari. Maybe someday we can try that dish, too.
At Moosehead Saloon in Westlake, no gluten free items on menu and servers had no helpful advice, very disappointed
