I enjoyed lunch recently at the Lyndhurst Grill.
They do not have a gluten free menu but the friendly server offered to have a “coach” visit our table to discuss options.
We met the sous chef who let us know they have a scratch kitchen and could safely prepare many of the menu items. No buns or pasta. But the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer.
I tried the turkey burger (sans bun) and fries. The turkey burger was well seasoned with a mild poultry flavor. The shoestring fries were crisp and piled on the plate.
I visited a second time and tried the cheeseburger (without bun) with broccoli. Equally good.
Thanks for a great lunch. I had the prime rib sandwich without the bun or sauce , it was excellent and so were the shoestring fries.
It’s nice to feel safe eating at Lyndhurst Grill.
