Celiaccruise.com has arranged group cruise travel for people with celiac disease for several years. Their offerings regularly sell out.
There’s now another option. Cruisingwithceliac.com has announced a September cruise on Carnival Horizon.
Have you traveled with a Celiac group cruise? What have your experiences been with gluten free dining on cruise ships on your own or with a group?

Several weeks ago I got back from taking a 7 celiac cruise with the Miami travel agency. They were rigorous and meticulous. They flew out 3 times in advance to inspect the ship and every item that came in. We had 2 dedicated kitchens and the entire staff was trained. All drink mixers on the ship were gluten free. It was superb. Kathy does this almost exclusively. The owner of the travel agency plans cruises for celiac primarily. She is up to hosting 7 cruises per year. They usually are 7 days long. Two are international. There is a shorter cruise in 2025. She also stated that once announced the cruises usually sell out within 1 – 2 days.
During that cruise they discussed the guy who is hosting the cruise you highlight below. … it is not at all a gluten free cruise but rather a regular cruise where celiac cruisers sit together just so someone doesn’t arrive under the expectation that it is a gluten free cruise.

We traveled in February on Royal Caribbean, Enchantment of the Seas. They were amazing and even had educated chefs who walked around to show us what was gluten free. Every night my daughter received gluten free bread with her meal and ordered the night before what she wanted the next day. We had a great experience!
