Located inside the playhouse square facility this wine bar is not a location for dining out with gluten-free needs. That being said, if you are looking for a cozy wait until your show starts they have good wines and small bites, g-f is limited to stuffed dates and shrimp cocktail (both of which are quite good), to tide you over.
We couldn’t get into a restaurant before an event in downtown Cleveland so we went to Bin 216 at Playhouse Square. I asked about gluten-free options and the waiter told me his favorites on the menu including flat breads. I explained again that I can only eat gluten-free. He told me what was gluten free including, “You can have the fondue without the bread”. It is a small plate and wine bar. I had 2 devils on horseback which are dates wrapped in bacon and a shrimp cocktail. My husband had a flat bread and a coke out bill was $45. Next time we are downtown we will go to the new Heinen’s,
