February 2021 Meeting

Celiac Disease and the Gluten Free Diet Resources
Celiac Disease and the Gluten Free Diet Resources

In these unusual times a physical get-together is not the normal. Let’s connect through Zoom using your computer, tablet or cell phone.

How’s everyone coping? Difficulty finding gluten free food? Great new recipes? Take-out options? As the public meeting places begin to open up, share your experiences of shopping, working, congregating, and managing the new normal!

Trying to get some of those extra holiday pounds off? Wondering how you can do it gluten free? We can help.

We’ll “meet” on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 7 p.m.

RSVP and we’ll send you a link to join. Check your email the day before the meeting.

If you have questions or need help before then contact a mentor.

Mama Cozzi’s Cauliflower Breadsticks

Found these cauliflower breadsticks at Aldi. They are a limited time product so look for them now if you want to try them.

These oven baked breadsticks have a nice bready texture. There was a definite cauliflower flavor. But the overwhelming taste was salt.

I have found some assertions online that these are similar to Green Giant brand cauliflower breadsticks.
