A site guest, Mitch, shares:

The manager, Joseph, was extremely nice and helpful. He brought their recipe book out and read off ingredients for the sides I was interested in. Almost everything is made fresh on site. The fries are off limits since they don’t have a dedicated fryer, but there is a nice variety of items to choose from. I tried the apple slaw and garlic mashed potatoes. Very good. The one downside was that they have only one safe sauce. They get the others ready made in bags with no ingredient labels. He said he was going to ask about that. It was an excellent meal. I am new to gluten-free dining so I might have missed asking everything I should have, but I had a good experience. We did go late and were the only diners. The manager was aware that this is serious and not just a fad so I would expect them to be helpful other times too. .

“While we take meticulous care in creating pizza for our gluten-free guests, our kitchens are not free from cross contamination, therefore we do not recommend our pizza for consumption by individuals with Celiac Disease and we caution guests with intolerance that they ‘eat at their own risk’!

Jet’s Pizza in Middleburg Heights just started serving gluten free pizza last week. I had one last night and it was delicious!
They have their own pans, utensils and toppings for the gluten free pizza.

A Zack Bruell restaurant specializing in Italian delectables.  No gluten-free menu but pasta menu includes a vegan dish with a corn pasta.  There are a number of pasta dishes on the menu where gluten is not present and that can have the corn pasta substituted.  Some entrees also are gluten-free or can be tweaked to make them available to a gluten- free diner.   Our table shared mussels and asparagus for appetizers – both gluten-free.  My choice of entree was a Pork Osso Buco with Poltenta – perfectly done, beautifully presented and very tasty.  The kitchen also offers a g-f bread option.
